Root [T-Mobile] Please help a noob

Hey guys I waited for two weeks to flash a custom rom on this phone and when I flashed it I forgot to do a backup. How do I get the rom back to stock with all of the T-Mobile crap on it?
I already looked it up but all the tutorials seem to return the phone back to stock but not the T-Mobile stock version. Will I have to use someone else's backup on my phone?

you have 2 options:
1)flash a stock based t mobile rom. search xda for such a rom

2)run the t mobile ruu. its linked a couple posts down. if you are s on,youll need to relock,if youre s off,you will not. a bit more info in this thread on running RUUs: http://androidforums.com/t-mobile-one-all-things-root/746113-reboot-issue.html
