Root [T-Mobile] Please Help, is this keylogger?

I just rooted my phone (Galaxy Note 2) 10-14 days ago and I also have downloaded the mod games outside the google app store. I even scanned my phone with AVG Antivirus Pro and Lockout, and found nothing - no spyware... ect.
I just noticed today there are text files which were created on 03-19-13 which is yesterday in storage/sdcard0.
The two files are
Domtree.text
Rendertree.text

I viewed the texts and they have my bank userID and Credit Card UserID on them, but I did not see my password anywhere in the text files.

Could you please tell me if my phone has a keylogger or some kind of spywares?
I am so afraid of the keylogger, PLEASE HELP

I can't confirm they're spy ware, but this is a prime example of why you should only use legal, trusted sources.

If you want to be 100% sure you're clean, I'd factory reset or install another ROM. Probably a good idea not to install any of the "modded" content either.

I am poor what can i say

I hope I dont have to do factory reset. Hope someone who has the keylogger knowledge can help me out. The weirdest thing is that the text files only have user ID and other information, but no passwords anywhere.....also, none of the 3 antivirus can detect it.

To me, your options are clear, if you're concerned about it being a keylogger, uninstall any apps you've installed via nefarious websites and obtain from legitimate sources in future.
