Root [T-Mobile] Q] no internet pass through option help plz

HI ALL

I have HTC ONE 801N t-mobile Austria unlocked
I update to 4.3 then unlock bootlodaer and rooted
when i want to use internet pass through option and go to
setting>more>mobile network sharing
I don't have USB setting, i have only like this
setting>more>mobile network sharing >usb tethering
and there is new sine in the bar </> MTP MODE IS ENABLED AND </> HTC SYNC MANAGER

before the 4.3 update the internet pass through was work OK

please help about this problem i have

That's 4.3. If you want the earlier version, downgrade to it. It isn't a restaurant, you can't pick items from a menu - you either get all features (including not getting the missing ones) of one ROM or all features of another ROM. Look for a custom ROM that has the features you want.

But what is the best Rom for HTC one
I have TW recovery I can install any Rom
I want Rom but with HTC sense 5.5
Is there a good one
