No there's no need for a screenshot. I know what you're talking about, but I don't remember the name. You'll have to figure it out yourself, it's not hard.
 
If you want to put a screenshot To show you what and modified, but I need to know what the name of that black bar. :(:(
 
I'm kinda late to the party, but I just started using my F6 again, technically, my wife who broke her Nexus 5. Is there an option in this ROM for better memory management, similarly to Link2SD app, only built in the ROM?

I don't use any sd mods so all I can really tell you is that the sd hack is much more reliable and stable than link2sd. Post up a question in the link I gave you and the good folks there can give you more info if you need.
 
I'm serious man, my wife likes it so much, she said I could sell her Nexus 5 even though I already fixed it, which means $200 in my pocket! I think the SD hack which you are referring to is better because it adds the ext4 partition as phone's own memory and not moving stuff back and forth like Link2SD. I might hit Ebay for another F6.

Are you planning any updates? I think the only bug I found so far is that it changes the light settings to full light after reboot.
 
Question - Does the rom support OTG? I know that the stock rom does but when I plug my cable in, nothing happens. I'm suspecting not but can someone confirm please? TIA
 
Hey Gametheory my device is running quite a bit unstable, wich is better thn soft bricked with data wiped & no nandroid, dont ask lol, So I downloaded youre Xperion rom and then Freedom Kernal onto my sd card in my mothers phone, put sd card back in my F6 and flashed Xperion rom through TWRP, and here I am, I see a zip titled update do I need to flash it? srry Im tryin here Im no noob by now or I would be on this device right now believe me. just need a lil point in right direction. srry 4 extensive txt
 
There is no update zip. You just download the latest rom version and follow the listed instructions.

These are the instructions that are listed:
  1. Boot into recovery.
  2. Do a backup.
  3. Wipe data/factory reset.
  4. Install rom zip from external SD.
  5. Done. Reboot.
 
Well ya I'm already running the rom, are you saying do the process over again to maybe get it to not hang so long when searching the net. I don't know what the prob is. Ya I do lol I'm nt gettn somthin right I can tell & feel close but. It does run real well swiping around and inside the app drawer and home screens. I'm deff not criticizing you're great work that I didn't quite do something right on I have a proper recovery and nandroids and app & data back ups hoping to save My A#$. So ya my guess is I'm getting er wrong a? But I am up an on & like I said better than notta just sucks running so slow and hangy made it real hard and hung real bad signing up for these forums
 
Is Go Keyboard suppose to be on this version of youre xperion ROM Gamtheory? I may have the wrong ROM did reboot well I flashed that update rebooted wiping delvic and regular cashed to try & maybe clean er up a bit seams a lil snapyer on the net gotta do a lil more playin around see if shes downloading & whatnot any better do to this sluggish net thing I got goin on.
 
Update net is suuuuuuuuper fast now I'm running swell thank you for this Game theory!!! Now maybe my battery will ease up on all the juice Hoggin from from trying to net search quadrants showin some real nice stats I'll post some screenshots.Lol sorry I'm proud. Wow this is what I researched and Read, Read, Read, like I see you having to remind alot ah folks. Thanks again man Again this is Why I bought this phone

Hey Gametheory now I totally get xperion is youre rom tweaked to youre liking I wont pester U to accomodate me by incorperating into youre rom the tweaks I like, however I am trying to set some of my own notifications up, I can seam to set a ringtone right from the power file manager wich would look sweet black, OK! youre rom youre style my bad back to notifications here. Ok Im using foldermount as a workaround to set my own notifications up cuz im nt to big on stock tones Idk I mean here I am sweet rom sweet phone and stock tones just kinda sucks. So ya any advice on setting tones? like I said I been messin with foldermount a while tryin to set tones that way and even though it shows Im all linked up and it allows me to set my own tones, its only fixed visually when in reality its not actually working. any suggetions?
 
But ya sorry to bother U with my notification set up issue. Thank you for youre awsome work, plz understand that I understand that ppl pester developers to accomodate theyre issues. Im asking for youre input incase Im missing somthing in the area of ringtones and notifications, for instance my ringtone reads what I set it as & it plays stock tone instead. Im nt the man but I assure U Im no noob either.
 
When & if U have time Gametheory & I am only trying to figure this out I wont be pestering U all the time I assure U!!!

I don't use foldermount so can't help you with that. To add ringtones or notifications you place them in the /system/media/audio/ringtones or notifications folder and they must be in ".ogg" format. That's where you'll find the Xperion ringtone that comes with this rom. Make sure you set your tone permission to "rw-r-r" or aka "644" and then reboot your phone to activate the tone. To do all this you can use the file explorer that comes with this rom or any of your liking as long as it has root permissions.
 
I have the xperion ringtone & have eversince I flashed youre rom, I can even set my own ringtones from the filemanager and have been doin so since I flashed Xperion rom. Im no stranger to working my way around a filemanager sir I assure you. Like I said I can set a ringtone from file manager no prob, but as for notifications the same (use as ringtone) type of window never pops up. and I read up enough to knw you have to tell ppl alot tht U dnt use foldermount or any link 2 sd of any kind, however knowing/using two different ordeals entirely. & I didnt wanna place a tone into my internal memory for low memory pueposes thats why Im messin with foldermount, Guess Ill check out that one app you reffer ppl to when asking you about LINK2SD. But ok & thks Gametheory for youre response I appreciate ya as always.
 
Going to check out the o.b.b app within xposed framework installer app. So my guess is you dont care to much about gaining as much memory as U can on this xtreamily low internalmemory F6 a Gametheory lol, U almost sound mad at external/internal memory linkers. to each his own.
 
I'm some what familiar with o.b.b files/linkage never heard of "ogg" hmmmmm well looks like I'll have to research
