Root [T-Mobile] Rooting Help Needed Please

Rooting an S4. Used the guide. Used ODIN to load CWM Touch. When I boot into recovery and try to flash ROOT_M919UVUAMDL.zip I cannot find it in my phones memory and when I try to load from my external SD card I get E: Can't mount / external_sd/.

Please help, I don't know where to go from here.

I just used this guide with perfect results:

TWRP worked flawlessly. I suggest sticking with Odin3 v3.07 because all of the guides use that version ... there is a newer v3.09 but it has some interface changes that I didn't want to deal with.

I'm using Darthstalker S4 X1 ROM ... working great so far.
