Root [T-Mobile] Storage problems

Okay idk what to do I plug my phone into the computer it says only 500mb left .. I click and sort by size and see no files that would be doing this ? Even when I switch roms and do full whip it still does this.
 
Do you have any nandroid backups in that storage? They won't show up in the list and they take up about 3gb each.
 
I'm having this same problem. So, where can I delete the nandroid backup? I don't see an option in Backup/Restore.
