T-mobile comes with an app that does it. I forget which one it is, but I saw it when I get the phone.

Hotspot is already included in the no contract data plan. There is no need to add tethering plan.

I think it's only included with the unlimited data plan, so if you have the 2GB plan, you'll need another option.

I don't have T-Mobile, but with Verizon if you have a limited data plan, the FCC says they HAVE to give you tethering included.

Free tethering and unlimited data doesn't seems like something a carrier would do.

Check with tmobiles website to be sure

Nope I have everything unlimited. I was on a two year contract when I got this phone so I think my plan transfered over with it.
