Root T-mobile to Three

I want to debrand from t-mobile to three. i have the HTC software to update it to three but keep getting error 131. Ive tried everythink. What do i need to do for it to work. tried goldcard but not sure if i did it right(sure i did) or if its even needed?

Yeah, you absolutely need a goldcard. Which guide did you follow?

I followed a few and even did it manually still didnt get nowhere. i think im going wrong somewhere

This guide + using the sdcard that came with the phone seems to work, usually.

yep i have used that guide on about 10 hero's now and can confirm it has worked 1st time eveytime ...
