T-mobile to update the Slide at the end of the month....

well considering it currently only works on 2.2 maybe, but we'll see. i have the apk for it now, but it does no good as i said the current one is 2.2 only. all we can do is continue to hope but again i won't hold my breath.
also funny how they mention "mytouch slide and vibrant customers will receive a notification to download tmobile tv, which will replace mobitv" funny the slide never had mobi tv. and they say other things that imply the slide has mobitv already, which of course is BS.

the tmo slide clearly states android 2.1 customers. it is a 2.1 compatible version of tmobile tv. IT IS NOT FROYO OR A SYSTEM UPDATE. it is merely an application update.

No. that's why we shouldn't believe everything tmonews says. they have a good task record but still they are wrong a lot. Don't expect it before the froyo update. If the update ever comes I'm sure they will be bundled together.
