Help T-Moblie Mytouch 3g

My phone does not recognize usb connection at all! I tried rebooting and going into settings and resetting everything and it still don't pop up. I tried formatting the usb but same thing. Has anyone found a solution to this problem??? I saw other post but there was no solution. I wanted to do a new one because others didn't have alot of information if there was something wrong.

Try checking your settings so that your device will show as a mass storage device. It should then show up in your pc browser. Welcome to Android Forums.

I can't even see the mount options on my phone! Is there any options to mount now?
