I recently got given my brother in laws old Tab 3. I reset it back to factory settings and was in the process of setting up my gmail account when the device randomly restarted.
Since then nothing shows up on the screen. I can tell the tablet is turned on because the of the backlit screen. Nothing else shows up but I am pretty show it has loaded everything up in its brain because if I press the sleep/lock button on the side then swipe to unlock it makes all the right noises that suggests is starting up.
If anyone could help that would be great
