Called Verizon and they called the store for me. Got $100 + tax refunded! Now it was an even better deal. As to the question about getting this at the $199 price, then canceling, you won't be able to without paying the early termination. Best Buy had them for $450 in store last week without a contract. BTW, thanks for the heads-up on the price drop. I don't think I would have checked.
