Help tab says connected computer just says connecting

im trying to use kies to transfer music from my pc to my tablet. I did all the troubleshooting and the tablet connects fine but the kies software on my pc just says connecting and wont get passed that. Transfer over wifi is ideal for me so if theres a different way to do this or a fix please let me know.

Sometimes it's a driver issue (Samsung drivers installed in the computer).

I downloaded the driver for my specific tablet and it says a newer version is already installed. Whats next?
