Tablet buy advice

Hi all...

I am looking for a 10" Android tablet.
I will be using it for work/pleasure and would require the following options or at least be able to download apps to do these.

1. Check email and surf the web
2. Use wireless networks
3. Check and/edit word/excel documents
4. Play mp3 music and view pictures
5. Play videos
6. Possibility with or without any sort of docking or additional adapters to connect mass storage hard disks and view/play music/videos from it.

The whole point of buying a tablet for me is to switch from my dying laptop to something easier to use. And since im using the laptop for the above things i think a tablet would suite me better.

Just bought this one 7-android-tablet-capacitive-1ghz-case-keyboard

I think is close to what you want, works great with 2.3... nice buy for the price, let me know.

just in case there is the store link Blue Millenium Store - Usb Drive, Tablets, USB gadgets, Electronics, Software

If by use wireless networks, you mean connect via 3G/4G services from a mobile carrier, then you'll probably want to look at the Xoom or the Galaxy 10.1. If you mean simply having a Wifi adapter, I think you'd be hard pressed to find one that didn't have that feature. In that case you might want to look at the Asus Transformer or the Acer Iconia. The transformer has a better display panel, but the iconia has more connectivity options.

I'd recommend the Asus Transformer also (or Transformer Prime if you're a cutting edge kind of person, with lots of money). I've been quite please with mine in the 3 or so months that I've had it, and there are some specials on it now that the Prime has come out.
