Hi hallucin welcome to Android Forums.

First of all this is not the Changhong that I know, because they mainly do TVs, air-cons and other household appliances.

What I think has happened is the tablet's software has become corrupted, because it's buggy or faulty, rendering your tablet bricked. So it would have to be re-flashed. Problem is you'd have to get this from the actual manufacturer, whomever they are.

Google searches show a "Shenzhen Renben Technology Co., Ltd.", but I think that's just a trading company, not the manufacturer.

Corrupted software is apparently becoming a very common problem with these cheap off-brand ICS 4.0 devices.

Probably best thing you can do is send it back to where you purchased it for a refund or replacement.

OP if you can, suggest you get a Google Nexus 7, rather than another one of these things.

Thank you very much!
But its impossible to return it becouse I bought it in Sweden and im now i Croatia... Thats why im desperate to fix it :(
also, when i connect it with usb cabel it shows 3 removble devices and i cant enter in neither one
