Let me know what happen to the tablet cause all you need to do is reset the tablet to fix issues with it . what is yours doing or what did it do and are you rooted

the tablet froze at start up so i tried a few ways to factory reset with no success so i flashed the drive with phonixcard v306zip and A13 firmware this reset the tab but i cant get the screen lock off as it won't respond to touch. I don't know if is rooted or how to root it

If you've factory reset and/or reflashed the firmware and it still has issues, your best bet is to contact the manufacturer and see if they will replace/repair.

Normally, when problems don't disappear after a factory reset, it means it's a hardware issue.
