Last night the tablet I bought my wife 8 months ago froze and she was bereft because there were photographs on it she had not saved elsewhere and my thoughts were, "woe and misery here we go" as I thought we would be into a battle with the retailer. Then I found this forum, joined, typed in the above title and a series of previous titles matching mine came up one of which told me to hold down the power button for ten seconds and wonder of wonders the device leapt back into life so many thanks.
Now I must buy a manual for her because all she uses it for is playing Patience. Its a pity Samsung are so tight they don't give an instruction manual with the tablet. Who knows but if I can persuade her to surf this forum she may find some help here.
