Help Tablet locked up when switching profiles.

Never had this happen before, hoping someone can help.

Fired up the tablet and went to switch to my profile and the tablet is stuck on the "switching profile" screen and won't come out. I can turn the screen off and on but nothing else.

Can't get it to reboot. Anyone had this happen before?

Just hold the power button until it reboots. May take 30 seconds or more.
