Tablet Reviews

Looking at the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, reading any and all reviews I can find.
Troubled by seemingly heavy bias against the note 10.1 & in favor of another tablet.
Not just a couple of reviews but all of them.
Reviews nag on minor issues, don't consider that different users / requirements. I.e. Students, engineers, artists, versus game players and movie watchers.
I am posting in the Lounge because I suspect it occurs for other phones & tablets as well.
Troubled as well because I suspect that it is not personal bias but rather an organized campaign based on cash flow.
Is there any review organization like Consumer Reports that is honest and cannot be bought?

Have you read the GSMArena reviews? I've always liked how they made reviews, pretty objective and unbiased IMO. They do mention their conclusions and preferences and alternatives at the end of the article.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 review: Second time lucky - GSMArena.com

Many thanks to both who replied. Both suggested reviews seem much more balanced.
GSM, very extensive review, I understand the conclusions. I suppose that my own requirements matched the strengths of the note 10.1 so well that I was overwhelmed.
Still, Samsung has brought fundamental new capabilities to the tablet world. All other tablets are following the same old cow paths. Innovation means a lot to me.
