Tablet screen adjust ??

Hy all.
I have one question.
I have Tablet 7" android 4.1. and I want to install it in my car in dashboard.
I have original frame of dash (Peugeot 407) I want to install my tablet.
Now this frame is for 7" displays but it is a little less size than a screen of tablet. About 0,5 cm (0,2") and cant see top of screen.

I need a solution how can I adjust a tablet display screen size. Is there any app or something else. Like on Windows in "display settings" have a settings for screen adjustment (left, right, up, down)

What Tablet are you using and if you are root-ed who is your carrier?

My tablet is Prestigio 3970b (cheap Chinese), I dont know if its rooted

I am not aware of a generic control that will do what you want.
