Is there a tagalog speech to text apps available for android?

For the most part, though not branded as "Tagalong", speech to text has been built into stock Android since Eclair/2.1.x? or at the latest, Froyo/2.2.x.

There are apparently lots of Filipino / Tagalog apps in the Google Play Store:

I have no experience with any of them, so you'd be the best judge of their applicability .
