Taking a trip

Thanks for letting us know. Have fun doing whatever it is you'll be doing! We'll try to get by without you... :)
 
Thanks. It's a cruise to Alaska, my first flight in about 20 years.

Not my idea of fun, but when Momma's not happy, nobody's happy. :D
 
no flight in 20 years! You are going to love flying now. The airlines are so nice. They can't do enough for you. one piece of advice. Stick your "X" in your crouch before you go through the screening process. That will make things go faster. LOL
 
Back about midnight last night (3 time zones). Had 3 hops flying to Alaska and 2 back.

Flying all day, not my favorite part. Thank God I'm home. I bet I gained a pound a day with the great food. I'm afraid to check.
 
The wife and I went to North Carolina in March; seems like the only thing we did while we were gone was eat. If you're ever in Wrightsville Beach, NC, go to the Oceanic restaurant. They have excellent food and great specialty drinks.

I'm the last to want to travel. I can find lots of other things to spend 8 grand on, preferably something tangible. :D
