Help Task bar- Contacts deletes after reboot

Every time I turn off my phone, and turn it back on, the contacts icon is missing from the task bar. I know how to grab it and drag it back down to the task bar, but does anyone know why or how I can stop this from happening? It's pretty annoying!

Think its a touchwiz problem mate. Id use a 3rd party launcher, Apex or Nova.
P.s, the area with shortcuts at bottom of screen is called the Dock on android
