Help Task manager and idle apps

I have been using Advanced Task Manager and its been working perfect. I did notice that after i ended the apps later on they would show up again on the list. Some of the the apps that start again have not been run by me in days but just show up on the Tasks List. Why would an app come on if i did not run it ? (I hope i'm explaining this right, lol)

my theory is that those apps were actually created by cockroaches and are just flat impossible to kill.

...again, it's just a theory.

Many apps are designed to run all the time in the background. Killing them just causes them to restart. That's the way they were written. A lot of the stock apps are like this.

You can complain to the author, or uninstall them.
