Task Manager for Captivate ?

Ok guys i've read at many site that you don't need a task manager/task killer and stuff. I'm pretty sure that one doesn't need a task killer, but what about task manager. And there is one for the galaxy s, is it good for enough for captivate ? if yes please let me know the download link or name of the task manager.

I'm pretty sure its built into the phone. Pretty sure I've always had one. Maybe the ROMs added it. Anyway, hold down (long press) the home button and it should pop up.
