Help Taskbar icons

Hi Guys,

I have search through the Note support forum on here looking for an answer to this questions, but sorry if it has been asked already.

I just got my note last night, but I noticed that I cannot change / Remove icons from the taskbar at the bottom of the home screen.

am I missing something? or are these fixed and cannot be changed?

I dont use the stock email app, i use k9 and would like that icon to replace the stock app on the taskbar.

ok on home screen press application icon, press edit button (next to home button looks like soccer posts with 2 lines in) press edit........now long press icon in taskbar you wish to replace and drag it onto home screen.....long touch icon you wish to place on taskbar and drag to task bar and heypresto you done it lol
