TB Voice Dialing (ex-BlackBerry users, in particular!)

How's Thunderbolt's Bluetooth voice dialing working out? I played with it in the store today -- without a Bluetooth device -- and it appears that I've got to look at the display to verify the phone has heard me correctly and is calling the right number.

With my BB Storm 2 (on which I use voice dialing a lot), it's all voice prompted:
Me: press BT button
Storm: "Say a command."
Me: "Call Anne mobile"
Storm: "Did you say, 'Call Anne, mobile'?"
Me: "Yes."
Storm: "Dialing..."

The BlackBerry has been fairly accurate, and if it mis-hears me it goes through a list: "Did you say, "Call Andy?" "Which number?" "No matches found. Try again?" It also lets me speak a number directly: "Call five five five one two one two."

Can anybody confirm how the Thunderbolt's voice dialing compares? Is it tied to the display to complete the call? Can calls be initiated with a push of the Bluetooth headset / speakerphone button? Is the voice dialing accuracy up to par?
