Help TBolt keep restarting

Does anyone know why my TBolt keeps restarting? Battery is half full yet when I try to mess around with it it keeps restarting like the battery is dead.

Try a factory reset if that doesn't work take it back

this was the awful rumor I heard... there was a lot of the phones that kept just restarting and needing battery pulls.... i haven't had that happen yet ***fingers crossed***
