Root [ Team Osiris ] Unoffical ShenduOS 4.1.2 [ WIP ]

i am not a developer but i am willing to test and experiment with this rom. ill share whatever i observe. my marquee is not my daily driver (i have an HD2 running JB and an iPhone 3G i keep alternating back and forth), so im willing to flash my marquee as frequently as needed. i hope the marquee is not prone to bad blocks as the HD2 is.
please bare with me as i am known to ask stupid questions. thank you.

It is clearly labeled as a work in progress... Which tells me that you should have low expectations. But that it's being worked on. So patience, and see what happens.

I don't think it means we should have the link removed... Just "buyer beware"
 
See people that is why the text is in bold and red. Apparently not alotta people pay attention to stuff like that.
 
I would like to test with this Rom too :D but just like everyone that has flashed this,it doesn't boot.Take your time to fix this.No rush.

If we removed everyone's hard efforts from trying to make a great rom for everyone on here then there would be no "PROGRESS" ?

and in the end we all would have nothing not even this android site so I say to the author keep the link up and posted and keep us up to date bro and keep up the great work you provide Good Sir .

That was only a suggestion because some one could download that and flash it, Don't you see the "maybe?" at the end?.
A lot of people already said months ago the same thing that you're saying (That's why I said "You're a little late here, no?"), so chill out bro.
 
Tattooedgod I would like to invite you back to the progress of this rom and would like to offer help in trying to further assist with what I know to help you get this off the ground cause I would like to see a new rom I have tried all of the rest of them they all been great I would just like to be part of something good here that everyone can enjoy if your up for it bro hit me up bro..... I'am up for the challenge
 
Just right now trying to make the device tree I have work for shendu. It builds just won't boot trying to figure something out.
 
Me and Dm47021 of Osiris are now reworking the tree and are moving along nicely hoping to fix some of the error seen in other builds no promises on what we'll be able to fix but we'll see what we can do. Hopefully be able to build new roms for the marquee and breath some air back into it. Thanks for your patience with this project.

That's great! I have been monitoring this thread for a while as I still have my Marquee. I try not to compare it with newer phones because that would be unfair. But it is still quite capable for an older device. I'm sure others would agree and be interested in that breath of fresh air.

Very excited to see progress on this. The Marquee is still my daily driver, so I am very interested in getting some kind of update on it.
