Help Team Viewer Esteem to PC

Never played or used Team Viewer until last night, was trying to help Mrpnut with something which neither of us can figure out, but anyways downloaded the app off their site, installed it opened it. Then launched it on my comp, entered my ID and password of my comp into the phone clicked connect and then says the ID does not exist and then the connection fails.

On my comp my ID looks like XXX XXX XXX, Ive entered in on my phone with and with out spaces and still it says the ID does not exist. Anyone know why or what I can do to fix it?

Nevermind I uninstalled it from the comp and reinstalled it and now golden

are you using wifi? cause it woulldnt let me connect via 4g

Nope. My wifi router got broke when I moved and havent replaced it. I was doing it over 4g. I had installed it last night but didnt set up and account. So I set up the account today and even after the validation email it and being logged on it said the ID didnt exist. But after an reinstall of it (on the comp side) it works like a charm

yes that team viewer comes in handy that helps out alot ,Also big thx to shinyside for helping me out even tho my apk can't read my Java I gave up lol

lol I know but we try three different Java and apk still keep saying Java not found

lol i use to help people root there phones with teamviewer when i used the optimus m lol even use it to clean and optimize my grandmas computer from my pc lol.
