Root team viewer root????

If you are running 4EXT and want TWRP2 this is what I did. I'm rooted and have S-on

1) Go to: http://teamw.in/project/twrp2
2) Hit Select Device -> CDMA HTC EVO 3D or here http://teamw.in/project/twrp2/67
3) I installed by using this method: Android App Install Method (Preferred)
4) Install the App. Market or Direct (I reccomend using the Market)
5) Install the app and open it. Tap menu then hit Install OpenRecoveryScript. Tap Yes to SuperUser. When it asks you if you want to download this file it should say: openrecovery-twrp-shooter-2.1.1 If so then hit yes. It will download it then install it.
6) Once it installs that is it. You can now hit reboot recovery. And it will reboot into recovery.

Now you have TWRP 2. Hope this works for you.
 
I pulled that out of a thread from a week or two ago..sometimes you gotta take a step back and breathe..gotta dig a lil deeper..but the info is all here

You shouldn't get upset with people for providing free support. They are taking the time out of their day to help you, as to the root guide I was rooted and on a new rom within an hour, and it is something you are doing wrong. stop what you are doing take a deep breath and try again.
 
I'm not getting upset bro I was jus writing.in caps cuz my phone was on caps lock n I jus didn't take it off but trust me I'm very thankful for all the help I even offered to pay who helped me...

Okay bro its one of two things going on..you either gotta be doing something wrong or you have one screwed up phone..

I doubt its the phone bro..all though I'm not saying it couldnt be your phone but more then likely you gotta be doing something wrong
 
If I have time today I will go on team viewer, and root it for you, I won't have much time today due to it being a holiday but I will at least figure out what you are doing wrong

okay i think i know what failed...i shou.d have known but atleast with 4ext you will already need to be rooted..so you would need to stary with twrp1 then upgrade to 4ext via the app..my fault bro i should have known that..

i would imagine goo manager app will be the same..so im pretty sure you will need to fastboot flash the recovery first then if you wanna change you can by app..
 
thatz where im stuck at... i do the steps to a T but cant get it right thtz why im asking for a teamviewer root... i jus need someone to run me thru the steps visually... feel me?
 
if you can't flash recovery ,this is what I have to do o have posted but idk if its just me I have to open the sdk-tools folder hold shift and right click hit open commands window here type adb reboot bootloader, then after your phone is in bootloader unplug it push power, it will me in hboot then plug it back in and type fastboot boot recovery.img then it will say waiting for device then press power on the phone and it goes back to fastboot and reboots you to recovery where you can backup wipe and flash su patch or odex rom then rebbot and do it again to get back in recovery to flash any rom you want
 
if you haven't flashed recovery yet then do that first before
fastboot boot recovery.img.
you would type
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
 
im already doing teamviewer on his comp. the issue was he didnt install the htc sync correctly and did not have the drivers so adb wasnt even usable via CLI. fixing it for him as well as cleaning out his computer...he has more spyware than anything ive ever seen.

lol ive seen some pretty bogged down pcs as well. those fake antivirus are the worst. dont really get it myself, i havent had an AV running for years, i scan once every couple weeks with dr web and thats about it. no firewall either and run a dmz since i game all the time and get sick of forwarding ports constantly.
