Help tearing lcd...

any recommendations for a new lcd? and advice on getting the right one and installing properly? mine is tearing all over... I cracked the digitizer and this is what I get for not changing it sooner :/

I just want to know where to I can get a new lcd (large flex) and digitizer that is quality and a good price. any trusted companies out there?
