Ok guys here is a teather site for the Prevail that works on the rooted phone with one push. I'm using it now in the middle of nowhere. It's in the market also but make sure it's this one and I donated to the guys because there is open access ......no https block on the free vs. Now come on.... thats worth something ....rite.

Tried it yesterday, didn't work for me. Barnacle wifi tethering worked though.
