Help Tech help with firmware upgrade!

I live in NZ
Trying to update my Galaxy S2 to Ice Cream Sandwich
Every time it is about to update an error comes up "Firmware has stopped working" through Kies

Any ideas on how to fix this?!

I tried that before I posted here and it still won't work
