Help Techie abbreviations

Is there anyone here who is able to compile a list of what most of the abbreviations mean around these parts? I pick up on most online abbreviations but this phone lingo is a bit confusing. For example what exactly does ROM stand for? I've read it so many times but have 'assumed' I know what it means (I just googled it & know now but to google everything will take weeks LOL)

ROM - Read only memory

I had the same question some time ago and started a thread with some terms. It didn't to take and fell into the nether areas of AF.
