Help Teether problem

I Was wondering if there was abetter teether app out I'm using barnacle now and its good but it dont hold a connection it keep going in and out so when I'm on my computer it makes it hard to do things like send emails n things what should I do.

I use PdaNet to tether, its free at first, but the more you use it, the more limited it lets you surf the net. But I ended up paying the fee of $15.95 for the liscense key, and i dont really have any problems with it
