In telephony com.tct is the dialer app that you type the phone number in, and that shows you the contacts. Telecom is the app that actually does the phone call.

i do not think Jason hacked your phone that is your typical dialer app as @Steven58 suggested. to be honest many of the system apps will have weird names that can be construed as nefarious, but are actually harmless apps. do not read into the names too much.

why do you think Jason did this?
