Tell me your dream Android Phone!

I would love to hear what you all think about what the perfect device would be if you could have anything at all. First, I'm going to list what COULD exist today but doesn't. Then I'm listing what I WISH existed, but doesn't. Also, elaborate if you want whether you think it will ever exist, and why or why not. I mean this to be fun and to help us all get to know each other a bit!

1. (I'm on Verizon) Instead of naming the exact specs, I will say it this way. I want the processor of the Note 2, the screen and camera of the Droid DNA, the 32GB internal memory offered by the SGS3 along with SD support, and the battery of the Razr Maxx.

I don't any manufacturer will make this because the companies who make those individual hardware items have exclusive contracts. Also, it would only have limited demand, even though I WANT IT BADLY!

2. I want a phone with 4GHZ octocore processor, 6GB of ram, 64GB internal memory plus a dual micro SD slot with 64 GB memory capacity each. It would have a 1080P display with 500+ ppi resolution, be shatterproof and waterproof (like phones in Japan). It would have a 4,000 mAh battery that's replaceable, and have a 4.7 " screen. It would have a 12 MP camera with a built in adapter to buy an additional SLR external lens so I could do real photography. There would be an option to have a stripped down (Nexus style) Android phone with no bloat, or you could buy any UI you want (touchwiz, blur, sense, etc), and there would also be a rooted version available for the same price. It would have a full (at no extra cost) warranty for the entire term of the 2 year contract that would cover anything that goes wrong that are not my fault and would require Verizon to give me a brand new phone out of the box, just by signing a screen, no refurb.

Of course that won't exist.

Well, I am not technical minded, but what I initially wanted was an 8" screen (tablet) with 32 internal, sd card slot where you can load apps to the card, java and flash enabled, wifi and 4G capable, and priced within my price limit :-) not gonna happen lol
Oh, and a docking station would be nice

Well what i really want.. is a CDMA phone (to start it out i like cdma more...) dual sd card slots... intel core i7 processor, 4GB ram and 120GB HDD.. i want a 5 inch screen just big enough to barely fit in my pocket or on my belt comfortably.. if this was made and i had to pay 1000 dollars... id do it. Id prefer it run (obviously) android (x86) 4.2.. and most importantly running nvidia graphics card. Possibly some usb (3.0 or 2.0 whichever) ports.. i want it made by asus. And i want it done now =) thinking about it, this is possible. Only technically speaking =/ never will as far as i see it because when the processors in mobile devices get that strong, it wont be run by the i7.. oh well haha.. either way. I want it more than anything. Thanks for writing this cuz now its all i can think about haha

An iPad with a cell option.

Perhaps a satellite cell phone option as long as I am wishing.

Barring that impossibility, a large screen (S3/Note sized) with good quality sound works for me. I find many phones have terrible sound and everyone sounds like squirrels with asthma.

Or it is my ears, perhaps.

I do not care about memory or resolution and things like NFC do not interest me right now. The screen quality of my iPad 1 is perfect as far as I am concerned.

Ideally, I would like to see a Galaxy Note or S3 or iPad served a la carte. You simply order a phone or device with the specific features, screen size, resolution, memory, and added features you want. A basic no-nothing device you customize.

Ideally, the basic device would be upgraded as needed. Want a higher resolution screen? Just order the part, snap out the old part and replace it. Perhaps a universal OS that lets you use your existing iOS/Android applications.

Simple:

5 inch 1080p screen
15 mp camera
3 mp ff camera
Quad Core 2.0 GHz processor
2 gigs of RAM
SD slot ( I don't care for removable batt.)
No custom skin just plain Vanilla
Made by LG but backed by Google (Nexus)
Speedy updates.

That's it.

I want one with all the bells and whistles great reception. Never a dropped call. And Free Unlimited Data, Talk, MMS/SMS for My Life not the phones life.

to be honest i am completely satisfied with my Nexus 4 the only thing i am waiting for and what i believe is the next big step in phones is dual screened...(yes i know the e ink one is out)
I would love a Nexus 4 with the screen on both sides. No matter which way i held the phone up the under side or back side would display a custom chosen skin and the front side would be my phone and if i rotated it in my hand the sensors would adjust the screens to match...oh and maybe expandable memory lol

OK, everyone knows what software defined radios are, right? (If you didn't before, now you do! ;)) Well, my ideal Android phone would have a software defined radio that could be programmed to be able to work with any cellular phone and/or data system on earth, current, past and future. No carrier lock-ins, just a truly free phone.

Next, software defined hardware. When USB and HDMI become obsolete, just flash the ROM and voil

Note 2. Make everything work like it says (and should), gestures and voice.
Better cameras
dual sim (US specifically cuz thats where I live)
64gb internal and either dual micro sd or make 128 available.
True 1080, both wireless and through the hub.
A UNIVERSAL charger port, make it so not upside down, either round or square.
A true world phone. Go to Kansas, works, go to Seoul, works. No extra charges, no worrying about stupid high data fees or text prices.
Easy to remove bloatware.
The ability to choose what operating system you want. IOS, sure, Android, Windows, why not. (I would like the stability of IOS and everthing else android)

And at least a thank you after paying $30 for two gigs of data (they are laughing all the way to the bank on that one.)

I really dont care about the cpu and rest, as long as it smooth. probably the biggest improvement would be a battery that can run for a week.

At least a 4.7" 1080p screen that can be seen in sunlight.
Good mic/speakers
Camera that rivals dedicated ones
Big battery
Powerful quad core (at least) CPU and a really good GPU
All packaged together in a sleek body.

My dream phone was the GSM Galaxy Nexus.

Efficient updates right from Google, no carrier bloatware, it's not carrier branded so I can root it and do what I want with it, I can take my phone with me if I decide to move to another GSM carrier, and the phone itself is pretty darn amazing.

Dreams do come true.

What about audio? When are they going to give me a subwoofer? I want a ringtone sound that makes people think the world's coming to an end!

Actually a good point... I don't think I've ever heard anything coming from a phone and didn't think 'that sounds pretty tinny' or just baad :-P
