so i am having a few problems with an australian htc desire. my girlfriend brought her phone over here and we signed up with telus. her phone is unlocked, and shares the 850mhz band. i punched in the telus apn settings and we were up and running on voice and data.
a few problems we are having.
1) she is only receiving about half the calls. the rest go straight to voicemail without her phone ringing at all. outgoing calls seem to be fine
2) she is only receiving about 1 out of every 4 text messages. outgoing texts seem to be fine
beyond that everything is working, but we are trying to figure out is it a problem with her phone, or is it a telus issue because at the moment, it is not a reliable solution. thanks
