Yeah that one came up on my YouTube feed. It's so appalling to deny a vet his right to drive like that. I hope he sues the state.

Interesting. I think you're correct, but isn't there paperwork the parents have to file if a child is born abroad, so that happens? so they are registered as a U.S. citizen?

I wonder if Social Security see him as a U.S. Citizen?
