Tennessee cancels driver’s license of 77-year-old Navy veteran saying he isn’t a US citizen

He was born from US citizens makes him a citizen, Augie, no. matter what country he happened to be born in, no? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Interesting. I think you're correct, but isn't there paperwork the parents have to file if a child is born abroad, so that happens? so they are registered as a U.S. citizen?

I wonder if Social Security see him as a U.S. Citizen?


OK I just google it and found this:

It looks like it's pretty easy for him to prove his citizenship
