TeslaLED brighter than froyo Flashlight

might be dumb..but i downloaded TeslaLed , a flashlight app, that uses the evo's leds' as a flashlight/torch... you can get it free in the MARKET and although it only has 1 setting (on/off) it is much brighter than the 3 setting(llow/med/high) froyo flashlight...also comes with a little simple widget unlike the froyo flashlight.

also the app/widget icon is a little CFL lightbulb...pretty cool /green at the same time..lol

also does strobe too ..for those strobe light moments.....errr

and it has a morse code feature..... enter a word or phrase... and the leds will flash accordingly

I would be careful with that. LED's can burn out very easily. Theres a reason the stock flashlight app doesnt allow full brightness. If you leave it on for more than a few seconds you could burn out the leds.

LEDs dont burn out easily. Not under normal conditions. LOL obviously not this case.

thats what i was thinking....dont led's use less current/voltage?

They still burn very hot if cranked at 100% capacity like some apps allow for, like this one.

Love tesla led, especially cause it integrates seamlessly with widget locker.
