Hmm... Is it supposed to show an image? Or is it just so people can click the link and see it?
 
This one worked in another thread after not working for a while for some reason, let's see if I can reproduce it...

I don't know if it has to do with the size or something, because that one is 8.3 MB, the other was 8.6 MB.

This works fine. Firefox identifies it as an gif file instead of an htm file like the other one. I would just consider the other file corrupted and delete it.
 
Well, I uploaded it again without changing the extension or anything and it still didn't seem to work...
 
I fixed it. The BB codes are like HTML meta tags. you must have an opening and closing tag for the content to be displayed correctly.
