Root tether issue

this is not really an issue but yesterday i jus rooted my droid and installed froyo v38 and flashed the v6 kenernal. well today i tried out the wireless tether out on my itouch. went on youtube and watched a video or two and then shut it down. well now i cant check "my verizon" so i called data and in a text i got "cdma data roaming apperas as domestic in unbilling usage est and aslo will appear as global isage in aprox. 24 hrs. you bill reflects usage per your plan", can somebody tell me what this means? thanks for your replies
