Tethering on Firmware F?

After updating to firmware f, which is supposed to disable tethering with the stock mobile hotspot, I can still tether wirelessly or by using a USB cable. As a matter of fact, I'm using USB tether right now using the stock tethering app and the Googlebot profile in Chrome. Is this normal or is it a glitch?

When I had my Motion-F, I couldn't get the Wharless tether to work with a couple different apps And changing my thinggummer (user agent?) in the Chrome on my PC to match a Motion. I never got around to trying USB.

[EDIT] But I'm also basically inept too.

If I tether using the stock mobile hotspot app on a firmware that is supposed to block tethering, will I get extra monthly charges?

No but you may get Free extra monthly data speed capping to sub-molasses in January speeds.

Yep, it's completely totally Unlimited right up to the point where they cap you. :D

(Which would involve you basically powering your innertubal universe from your phone which is not the purpose of Any data plan. In essence, in doing so, you are stealing and the tractor beam of the Mothership knows where you are from your GPS.)

I've heard that the unlimited data limit is 60GB. So when you reach that, they start slowing down your 4G speeds?

I've heard 60, I've heard 25. (Either of which exceed a normal phone usage)

Where ever the Magic Wheel of Death's spinner in Dallas stops probably. :D
