People who define "illegal" as "things the law says you cannot do" thank you.

Your welcome.
And you just proved my point. MN 336.2, the universal commercial code specifies that contracts are binding and must be entered to in good faith. Ie it says you shouldn't breach the terms of the contract. So breach of contract is illegal by YOUR definition.

I'm sue you meant to say something is "illegal" if "it violates criminal law".

And again, I don't care what word you choose to describe it. That doesn't change anything.

Alright guys, NO WHERE in the OP's post does it ask about the legality of tethering. Keep it civil in here, the OPs question was answered. drop the legality aspect of it all.

In regards to the facepalm debate, to clear things up for everybody here's a quote from the Zero Tolerance Policy:

... And, albeit a little annoying when someone doesn't, we don't "require" people to search first before they post a question. Replying to a thread by saying "use the search" is just as bad or worse than not searching first. Either reply to a thread with a helpful solution or don't reply at all.

As for the legality of tethering.... I think you've both made your opinions clear, so arguing it further isn't going to get us anywhere.

There have been plenty of suggestions made for you maybedroid, so you should have the answers you wanted :)

/Thread.
