Root Tethering question

Hi,

I just got my LG Connect 2 days ago and I love it ! I had ZV9 and updated it to ZVA without knowing I would loose the tethering, I have now customized all the phone and apps ... is there a way just to get the tethering back ? Any app that you suggest ?? or is it better to just downgrade to ZV9 ( will i have to re-install all my apps/settings).

IF you are rooted you can just use a tethering application, and you should be good to go.

There are apps that don't require root. I use pdanet for tethering. Gotta do it usb tho.

@TheW if you got google chrome download ua spoofer. It was the only one that worked for me i couldn't get it to work on ie. It's pretty easy just set it to spoof android and you're good.

Not sure. I don't use firefox but I'm sure there is. Just google firefox ua switcher addon. Good luck.

found the firefox ua switcher and im successfully tethering. thanks for the tip.
