Help Tethering XOOM via micro usb & EasyTether?

Has any1 tether the XOOM via the micro usb & EasyTether software?

I've done it with a PC & it requires a software be onboard to initiate the connection.

However, I don't see any info regarding how to do this with a tablet.
Is this possible?

I believe that you can't. The Xooms micro-USB is data only to a PC but no internet connection. You can use WiFi together with another Android handset and use its WiFi hotspot facility to tether your Xoom - that is if the handset has Froyo 2.2 or above.
