Help Tethering

When I first got this phone, I could wifi tether through an app. Is there any app out there that I can still tether with? Doesn't have to be wifi.

I have had quick settings the whole time I have had the phone. I had VM replace my phone and redownloaded QS and now I can't tether. And foxfi says its just an add on

It's disabled on the phone because hotspot is a paid service through Virgin Mobile. Give them a call and they'll assist you with getting it to work. Or, root the phone and add a custom rom.

Foxfi works for me I can tether my tablet to my phone. The new VM OS disables quick settings.
As the above poster said VM is blocking because they want you to buy their plan. I do not use the tether unless I am am in dire need and only for a quick look for something.
