Help Tethering

I recently moved into a new place and have been using my Nexus 4 (on t-mobile prepaid) as my home internet device. Signal strength is great, and I use right around 5gb each month. My only issue is that to get desktop sites to work, I have to use the old Firefox 3.5 user agent. That's the only setting that allows me to use desktop and avoid those pesky t-mobile hotspot page blocks.

Hulu recently stopped me from watching a show by saying that they no longer support the browser and that I need to upgrade. There's other sites that I can't recall at the moment that have been troublesome when it comes to using the old Firefox browser spoof.

Anyone have any suggestions or new user agents that bypass t-mobile and allow for seamless desktop internet on my laptop via built-in tethering from my Nexus 4 and t-mobile prepaid?

There's a user-agent-info site with a large database of UA strings. I posted elsewhere that the Linux Mint strings (possibly other flavors of linux) work for now.
